Meet your Coach!
Hi! I'm Coach Nicole,
As an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, I believe in three essential areas of focus from which all health and wellness heals, grows, and thrives:
I have learned through trials and triumphs that I am an encourager, collaborator, networker, connector, coordinator, developer. . .and a perpetual student!
I'm a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES), a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer (CIFT), and Exercise is Medicine® (EIM) Credential Level 1. My dog is a Certified Therapy Dog! I graduated from the University of Florida with a Master of Science degree in Health Education & Behavior. I earned Bachelor of Science degrees in both Exercise Science and Community Health from Bemidji State University. Currently, I am considered a Student of Healing Touch International, as I have completed Level 2 training.
